GM Induction Heaters are specially designed for mounting & dismounting the roller bearings, pinions, gears, rings and other components fitted on axle shaft of machine or motors using latest technology, intelligent micro controller based electronic controls. The principle of induction heating is “When Alternating Current flows through a coil wound around a component; it creates an oscillating magnetic field, which includes current in the component. The magnetic field takes the path of least resistance and also due to the skin effect; the outer periphery of the component gets heated more rapidly than the core.”
GM Induction Heaters & Hydraulic Pullers are innovated for maximum utility and higher capacity. The automated Roll Sliding Arrangement & Remote Control facility has extended the flexibility on utility of the product.
GM Induction Heaters are ranged from 2 KVA to 150 KVA and differentiated by Model No. like Induction Heater GM 04 (2 to 4 KVA), Induction Heater GM 10 (6 to 10 KVA), Induction Heater GM 12 (12 to 16 KVA), Induction Heater GM 25 (25 to 40 KVA), Induction Heater GM 50 (50 to 80 KVA), Induction Heater GM 100 (100 to 150 KVA) and also in some models with horizontal and vertical design are manufactured for customer convenience. Swing Arm and Roll Sliding are different arrangements for specific applications. This product range is also enhanced with Induction Heater GMIR 50 (25 to 40 KVA) for mounting and dismounting of inner races of Cylindrical Roller Bearing and Motorized Bearing Extractor GM BEM 30 & Motorized CTRB Extractor GM CTRB 100.
